targeting a very specific or small group, or media outlets
that are not listed on our distribution list, PRW can help
with our custom distribution package. Once you provide us with
the industry you would like to target
we can find the best publications suited to your
needs. Our staff will then locate the proper contact person, submit your press release by
fax or email and send you confirmation of distribution upon completion.

Note: There
are no guarantees that media outlets will use your
press release. Many factors play a role in what these
outlets consider "newsworthy". Some of these
factors are timeliness, your releases' relevance to the
current topics being covered, and whether or not the
individual outlet feels your story is of interest to the
publication's audience.
PRW does not provide tracking information on press
releases. PRW provides tips

Press Release Requirements:
- Should contain your
Contact information, including phone and email.
- "Copy and
Paste" in ascii text format (no HTML formatting).
- PRW does not accept
press releases that are adult or pornographic in
nature.
- Press releases received
during normal business hours (9AM-5PM EST Mon-Fri) will
generally go out within 2-3 hours. Orders received after
hours will go out the following business day.
