The Local
Distribution Package was designed
specifically for those with geographic
or industry specific needs. While
the distribution isn't as broad as our
Basic Distribution
Package, this option is more cost
effective and targeted. With this package,
you can choose between several
different options:

Distribution to State Specific Media
All delivery
of press releases through our local
package is done by fax. The press
releases are sent directly to the
journalists and editors responsible
for reviewing press releases.
Local Distribution
Package Includes:
- Highly targeted to media
outlets in specific states and cities.
- Delivery to traditional
print media as well as online media.
- No "membership fees."
- 500 word count limit
applies to all press releases. Additional charge of $100
per every 100 words will
apply if your release is over the word count limit.

Note: There
are no guarantees that media outlets will use your
press release. Many factors play a role in what these
outlets consider "newsworthy". Some of these
factors are timeliness, your releases' relevance to the
current topics being covered, and whether or not the
individual outlet feels your story is of interest to the
publication's audience.

Press Release Requirements:
- Should contain your
Contact information, including phone and email.
- "Copy and
Paste" in ascii text format (no HTML formatting).
- PRW does not accept
press releases that are adult or pornographic in
nature.
- Press releases received
during normal business hours (9AM-5PM EST Monday-Friday) will
generally go out within 2-3 hours. Orders received after
hours will go out the following business day.
